Protein Yogurt Bowl

This protein yogurt bowl is my favorite quick and easy breakfast. I can be sure I’m covering all of my bases when it comes to fueling myself for the rest of my day, and it also tastes amazing. Seriously, you’d think it was a dessert.

Here are the details:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (I LOVE cocojune coconut yogurt)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use truvani vanilla)

  • 1 tbs almond butter

  • couple dashes of cinnamon

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

  • handful of berries (love blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

  • granola (I like homemade or Purely Elizabeth)

Mix together yogurt, almond butter, protein, cinnamon, and hemp seeds. Add berries and granola, mix!

You can mess around with the amount of yogurt versus protein powder. If you want more of a breakfast, smoother consistency then use a little more yogurt. Sometimes I reach for this as a sweet treat later in the day and I want more of a doughy consistency so I use less yogurt.

This is really easy to prep beforehand as well so you can have it ready to grab on your way out the door in the morning!
